Shipping & Returns

ARENAS ships to Europe and the United States via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. For all other destinations, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from ARENAS pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, ARENAS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

For orders lost in transit, please contact us at hello@arenasresortwear.eu and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please write to us at hello@arenasresortwear.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Swimwear and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and manufacturing reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
